Enlaye Cookie Policy

Last updated: October 19, 2026

This policy is published in English, French and Spanish. All versions have the same meaning. English is the prevailing language, except where the law requires otherwise.

1. What this covers

This policy explains the cookies and similar browser storage used on our website (www.enlaye.com) and on the Enlaye Platform (www.enlaye.app). It forms part of our Privacy Policy, which explains your rights and how to contact us.

Similar technologies include local storage, which works like a cookie but holds more data, session storage, which is cleared when you close the tab, and small pixels in emails. We use local storage on the Platform, as shown below. We may use delivery-confirmation pixels in transactional emails.

We do not use cookies for advertising, retargeting, or cross-site tracking.

2. Our website

A cookie banner lets you accept all cookies, refuse non-essential ones, or choose by category. Nothing beyond essential cookies is set until you choose. You can change your choice any time from the footer link.

Our website is hosted by Netlify, which sets no cookies on it.

3. The Platform

The Platform is for signed-in business users. It uses:

Cookie or storageProviderPurposeCategoryLasts
__session, __client_uat, __refresh (and per-deployment versions), clerk_active_contextClerkKeep you signed in and remember your active organizationEssentialUp to 12 months; context for the session
cf_clearance, __cf_bmCloudflareBlock bots and abuseEssential3 months; 30 minutes
locale, sidebar_stateEnlayeRemember language and layoutFunctional12 months
PostHog identifier and event data (local storage) and ph_<project>_posthog cookiePostHogProduct analytics and session recording, described in Privacy Policy Section 4AnalyticsUp to 12 months, or until you clear storage

The Platform also keeps interface state and language preferences in your browser's local storage, for performance.

Our service providers, such as HubSpot, Clerk and Cloudflare, may set additional cookies to run their own services, under their own cookie policies.

Users in the EU, UK and Quebec are asked for consent before analytics and session recording start, and can change their choice in account settings.

4. Your choices

  • Website banner and footer link to accept, refuse or change categories.
  • Global Privacy Control. If your browser sends it, we treat it as refusing non-essential website cookies and as a California "do not sell or share" request.
  • Browser settings let you view, block or delete cookies. Blocking essential cookies will stop parts of the site or Platform working.

We do not respond to the older Do Not Track signal; Global Privacy Control is the reliable option.

5. Changes and contact

We post updates here with a new date and give at least 30 days' notice of material changes, through the website and the Platform and, where the law requires, directly to you. Questions: privacy@enlaye.com. You can also write to Enlaye, Inc., 114 Western Avenue, Boston, MA 02134, USA. Our EU establishment and the person responsible for personal information under Quebec Law 25 are listed in section 9 of our Privacy Policy.
